Good Day:
Ate a garden omelet at Mel's
Had shrimp stew for plate lunch
Mother made catfish
Chocolate banana cake for dessert
Bad Day:
This past summer, I went to eat at my favorite restaurant, Mel's. I was extremely excited (and hungry) and looking forward to my regular, a garden omelet. When I got to the restaurant though, I read a sign with some bad news. Mel's had been shut down because the waiters and waitresses had been caught mishandling the food. Apparently, for the past 3 years, I had been eating spit-filled and dandruff-littered omelets at my favorite Mel's. So, I went home to have a nice, home-cooked meals with my mother. She was going to make me catfish for dinner! However, she accidentally dropped it into the kitty litter while she was carrying it to the stove. So, we had canned-tuna sandwiches for dinner instead. It would have been alright if mother hadn't kept glaring at me like it was my fault. For desert, we were going to have chocolate banana cake, but we ran out of bananas. So, no dessert. Overall, that was a pretty lame day.
