Tier 5, following James, option B

They're t-boned at 45 mph, George remains conscious but Mary does not.
Note: this doesn't make sense with the one before but I didn't think it made sense in the first place for Mary to cut off his toe and then for them to have a whole operation going on with making use of human body parts, so I had to change some stuff.

George can see another driver dialing on their cell phone and knows it's only a matter of time until an ambulance is here. This is a time for quick thinking. Mary comes to and feels at her forehead, where a steady stream of blood is pouring.

A police car that was sitting at the corner of a gas station zips over. George takes a deep breath and his eyes blur for a moment. Now is a time for solutions. He pops the trunk jumps out of the car, yelling wildly.

"My wife has to get to the hospital for her liver transplant! Immediately!" The cop has now come up to the car.

"Hold on there, you can't leave, the ambulance is coming. Your wife will get to the hospital very soon." The cop peers down into the trunk. "What...what is this? This cooler with- is this blood?" he opens the lid. "What the hell is this?!"

"A liver transplant for my wife- we only just got it and if we don't act fast she's going to die on the fucking spot so why the hell are we still talking?"

The cop took off his sunglasses. "You're telling me you have an illegally obtained human liver that you just grabbed and stashed in a cooler? This is what you're telling me?"

Mary sobbed. She couldn't take it anymore. "George you are a tremendously bad liar. My husband was on his way to the diner we own together to make a human meat lasagna out of the man with whom I've been having an affair." She turned to George. "Get out of this one, sweetie."

George looked incredulous. "Mary what are you doing? What are you doing?"

She glared at him. "You have never, ever let me handle the operation. It's always you in control. I gave you the fucking signal George. Cutting off the toe is supposed to claim the subject."

"You're insane. You just got us caught over a toe?"

Mary shrugged and her eyes bulged a little as the ambulance pulled up. "You didn't respect the signal."
